Trade Fair Discounts

Six months after joining the BTAA, full members receive a reimbursement when showing at the following fairs - to calculate the expected rebate please fill in the fields. The stand costs are only for 'shell and open space costs' and are nett of VAT. ¹Rebate Maximum Limit based on employees for this individual Trade Fair. ²Rebate Maximum Limit based on annual turnover for all the Chic Trade Fairs. No rebate is given by the Chic Trade Fairs for companies who pay by credit card.

Note re: Chic and Boutique by Chic shows. Please note that the discounts agreed for the Chic Shows and Boutique trade shows are agreed from 01/01/2010 only. Members have to be fully paid up for 4 months before the show to receive the rebates, these come from the BJGF (BTAA) accounts department approx 8 weeks after the fair, you do not need to apply. Rebates for Chic/Boutique by Chic shows are to a ceiling of your membership fee over the whole year in total.
